For parents, keeping kids healthy is always a top priority. At University of Maryland Pediatrics at Midtown, keeping your kids health is our top priority, too. That's why our pediatricians work in partnership with parents to provide family-centered, pediatric care to our smallest patients.

Primary Care Pediatric Services

Our pediatric team provides comprehensive primary care as well as access to specialty care, when needed, to children from birth to age 21. From routine physicals to minor injuries, we are equipped to handle your child’s health needs.

UM Pediatrics at Midtown offers a complete range of pediatric primary care, including:

  • Baby-care information and advice, including breastfeeding support
  • Basic gynecological care for adolescent patients
  • Management of chronic conditions, such as asthma
  • Minor injuries
  • Preventive health care and well child appointments, including check-ups and vaccinations.)
  • School and behavioral issues, including ADHD and learning and developmental disabilities
  • School and sports physicals

Pediatric Specialty Care

As part of the University of Maryland, our faculty physicians work closely with pediatric specialists to diagnose and treat complex or chronic medical conditions, including sickle cell disease, diabetes, celiac disease and many others.
